Works well now, but needed latest firmware update
This Media Mod adds solid functionality to the Hero 8 for a reasonable price. However I found the micro hdmi functionality could only work after a Nov. 2020 (?) firmware update. I can now use my camera as a deluxe a/v feed into OBS in conjunction with a capture device. Then with the GoPro app for Android i can control many camera parametees on the fly while streaming or recording. Super-Duper!

slightly odd match but worked and price was right
Received two sticks slightly different manufacturing dates...but they worked. I now have a matching set of four that will run at ddr2 1066! Well done!
