Speedy Delivery and Excellent Customer Service!!
I ordered a Samsung BlackJack II and it came to me VERY quickly (2 days later). It may, however, just be because they and I are both located in California. When I got the phone it came just as described with one minor problem, it had the wrong software. I wrote them an email and they quickly responded with a call and was very willing to help me fix this by replacing my phone with one with the correct software or refunding my money. There was no hassle involved and no beating around the bush, which is very different from most all other companies. I definitely recommend giving this vendor your trust if you're interested in their products.
