This was a positive & negative experience. Item was not as described as the cream had been opened & used. I contacted the seller for a refund & the seller immediately refunded my item in full. She was very apologetic for the condition of the cream. I was asked to return the product but it took me a few weeks to do this but the seller was understanding and patient when others may not have been.
