Speed things up.
11 of 12 found this helpful I have a 2012 Mac Mini. I also have a 2012 Macbook Pro, The Macbook has a SSD drive and is very quick. I wondered if I replaced the disk drive in the Mini if it would speed up as well. I have the answer, YES!! I can't put a percentage or give exact numbers but what I do know is in the past it took at least a minute for the mini to boot up, now it is less than 30 seconds. It used to take a long time, to start up google, now it is with in a few seconds. If you are a mac owner this drive works great. The install is fairly simple. I used an external housing for the SSD drive, formatted it, use a cloning program and copied my HD to the SSD and then installed it. I consider it the best money I have spent for the greatest performance improvement to a computer.

Great shaving cream.
I have now at the end of a tub of "The Art of Shaving" Lavender and ready to switch over to the Sandalwood full time. I liked the Lavender but from now I suspect I will be buying Sandalwood. The lather is rich and creamy and stays on your face while you shave. The scent of the sandalwood is just perfect. The skin on my face feels smooth and moistened with every use. I feel like I should make a comment about shaving. It had always been my routine, hot wash cloth on face, shaving cream, shave, shower. I have changed that around. Shower, shave and use a cool wash cloth on my face after the shave. I have never really had any skin problems but it is softer now than I ever remember it. I use a shaving brush. I fill my shaving cup with hot water, place the brush in it while I comb my hair. Dump the water and shake out the brush. I open the container and then dip the brush in the container and give it a little twist. I do not want a lot of shaving cream on the brush so I look at it and if there is a glob, I scrape it off on the edge of the container. I bought the tub of Lavender in June. I shave daily, I still have a little bit in the tub, probably a week more. That means I got 7 months of shaves out of one tub. If you do the math that is about .09 cents a day for shaving cream. Well worth ever penny. Lather up and enjoy.

The perfect mix.
2 of 2 found this helpful Size, performance and price. All come together with the 2012 Mac mini. Don't want to run a Mac, then go ahead and set it up as a wintel machine and only run Windows programs. I like Mac but do use sime Windows programs so I know first hand this machine runs those programs better than my i5 Windows machine running the same Windows 7 program. I upgraded to 16 gig of memory. Excellent move, now things are even faster. Will switch to 480 ssd drive next. I am very happy with this mini, it is doing everything I want it to do at a pace I am very happy with. Yes quad core i7 is faster, my laptop is a fast i7, but you know what the mini works perfectly using the same programs I have on the pro.
