A La Carte

I purchased this radio to be able to subscribe to the A La Carte service where you pick only your favorite stations. I went to the Sirius/XM website, picked my stations and activated the radio. What I got was all different stations. I have been on the phone with their useless tech support in the Philippines for a month now trying to get this fixed. They now think the radio may be faulty.
