Doesn't work
i tried to reset 2 newish Epson cartridges and nothing happened. i looked at a Youtube video and followed
it's instructions. No effect on the cartridge.

Good product, wonderful fragrance
I like the fragrance of your product but it really dries out your hands after using a few times.
