Great value for money power saver
I love the thermal cooking pot. I seasoned, floured & browned a large chicken in a fry pan first, then put it into an oven bag with 1 Tbs spiced & herb flour, expelled as much air as I could & closed the too with a rubber band to seal it.
Then I put it into the inner pot, together with some vegetables, covered the lot with water, then brought it up to the boil & simmered for 10 min.
Then I took it off the heat & placed the inner pot into the Thermal outer pot, & sealed it. It was beautifully tender 3 hours later on opening it up. Roast chicken & poached vegetables in a cool kitchen on a 40C plus day!!!
