Nicholas' Gift
This is a true story which makes it all the more sad. The use of mythology to explain Nicholas' life was brilliant. I will always remember Hermes taking Nicholas on his horse to the edge of the river styx and his dad giving him a coin for "the ferryman" before they turned off the life support. This was about a childs life ending when it shouldn't and about a parents courage and fortitude to help others in the face of their own pain. Excellent movie, well put together. Yes, a little drawn out in places but necessary to tell the story properly.
