Don’t know!
1 of 1 found this helpful I don’t really know what the problem is, I have a brand new Canon PIXMA MX490 printer and bought a refill kit. Well the prints were not sharp and bright, I was using HP gloss and Canon gloss 4x6 paper. The printer started giving me an error message and I had to call Tech Service and they told me by refilling our cartridges we ruined our printer and they sent me a new one so this time we bought ink that was sealed but much cheaper than Walmart, and bought HP gloss paper and the same thing as the way our photos came out dull and not bright, I tried every setting in the Canon app as far as the paper setting goes and it did not matter which option I choose the photos still came out dull and not bright. Is the problem the printer, the paper or the ink, I just don’t know! The top photos are from Walgreens and the bottom ones are off my Canon printer. Can anyone help me?
