Was lied to over and over and over again about item being posted. Just because they give you consignment number, does not mean that it has been posted. 1 week goes by, still hasn't left Sydney. They say they are Australian but they wait for it to ship from Asia- huge delays. They look like they have attentive postage rates but they are all false. Item was not as described in size either. Ebay got my full refund back after the company stalled on that too. Terrible seller!

I wanted to exchange the item for a bigger size. The seller offered 30% refund. I asked again for exchange (no refund) because I just want a bigger size. seller offer 50% refund and said I could buy the item again. I just wanted a bigger size. I never asked for a refund, just exchange for bigger size. Anyway, now that I know they will keep 70%-50% of my money instead of just doing an exchange for a bigger size I leave this review here to make sure everyone is aware of this seller.

Item arrived in time frame, however did not work with AU plug, contacted seller who refunded bulk of amount paid for item. For future buyers NOTE this item does not work in Australia. Would like to advertise seller to put plug type on web site that this item supports.
