Didn't work.
Out of the box, only one of the two fans that make up the unit worked. I kept it because I needed something to at least cool my laptop a little while I order another one. I should take the time to return it, but I paid so little it's not worth my time. Avoid this product.
I will be shopping for my next laptop fan somewhere else -- getting a product that didn't work sufficiently to do the job isn't worth the savings and convenience. I'll go to Staples or Frys or Best Buy so I can return/replace immediately. Keeping my laptop cool is too essential to the life and performance of the computer to leave it up to chance.
