I thoroughly enjoyed the book
I bought this book as I was interested in ingredients used in the 19th century and for one particular recipe. I found the book most satisfying and interesting.

Strong and sturdy
It is solid and sturdy - holds all my heavy knives and utensils without tipping over and so easy to clean
