Wish the listing was clearer about its preconfig
1 of 1 found this helpful It's a great phone for a great price, but I wish the listing had made it clearer that it was preconfigured for a Japanese carrier. If you're going to do international business you need to let the customers know what they're getting. I managed to get the phone into a usable state for an English speaker, but it was unexpected stress and work. The phone's native launcher even deliberately hid the Google Play app icon to make it hard to get past the default apps. For a little while I was afraid I had completely wasted my money. Maybe I should have known better, but it was my first time ordering a phone directly from China.
That being said, with my preferred launcher and having disabled most of the Japanese apps, I am now quite happy with what I have for the price.

Fits the price, but worth the price
It's low-price kava. I have not found any cheaper available online. Obviously it's not going to be gourmet quality...it's weakness is primarily being a coarser grind than most, which makes it harder to extract as much potency per weight as a more finely ground powder. There also seems to be a little bit more debris present, but that hardly seems to matter since you're straining it out anyway. For $23 a pound, these concerns are definitely worth the price. I wouldn't drink only this kava but it's definitely a significant part of my rotation.
