Excellent cookbook about Belgium cooking!!
I bought this book for two reasons, Both my parents are from Ghent and I spent a great deal of time there growing up having lost my Mom recently I wanted to have recipes to pass down to my children. The book is excellent book full of wonderful traditional recipes, lovely photos, and history. I have over 900 cookbooks, this is one of my favorites.
