  Bought this item as the posting said it was in working condition, it was not upon receipt. I reached out to the seller and he asked that I spend additional money to have it inspected by a tech, which I did. The costs to repair far exceed the value of the unit. I reached out again and he told to me to reach out to eBay. I started a return and he offered to return half of the price I paid for a worthless cooling unit and for me to eat the shipping costs of the faulty unit. Be cautious with seller!
