The unit appears to be faulty
The unit looks good, the installation package contains everything needed.
The unit does not turn on quite often when the car starts up. Sometimes the unit just turns on by itself when the car is on and been running for several minutes. The unit turns on intermittently when the car is stopped and started up again.
When using the bluetooth functionality out in the open (clear line of sight), there are lots of interference noise on the receiver end.

The product is excellent and I've been using it for a very long time.

Partially faulty product, not recommended for purchasing
The product is partially faulty from out of the box since the arrival. The sensor keeps opening and closing even when there's no phone placed there for charging. I've already tried using a different cable and placed it at a different angle which did not work.The charger needs to be disconnected in order to prevent it from automatic open and closing without even touching.
