  Seller and I had an issue as I had to return the item because it required an expensive service at the manufacture s faciltiy (expensive laboratory equipment). When the Seller recieved it, the item was damaged and that I caused the damage. After a few emails we were able to agree that the item was damaged on the return shipment and not by me. I was fully refunded for the item. As a note to Buyers, always take a video of your item before and while you open the item and inspect it.
