Ink works Great
I plugged in the cartridges and they worked fine. The ink cartridges did have an expiry date of Dec 2021, so they were 6 months past that but I have researched as long as within a year of expiry, you should have no issue. When its 3 years past expiry, what happens is somehow the amount of ink evaporates or goes somewhere. It will still work but you are actually getting less ink than you think you are getting. HP makes quality ink so anything within a year is still great ink.

Works Perfectly
1 of 2 found this helpful It took me awhile to figure out how to put a hard drive in this caddy, but once I understood it is easy to swap in and out of drives. I used this for a second drive in my Dell used system which did not ship with a second caddy. It fits perfectly. I wish all hard drives were this easy to put in or take out.

Tape Unit saved my old 1980s recordings using the dBX format.
Works exactly as advertised. I owned one of these models from years ago (1980s) and recorded my tapes in the dBX format. This purchased unit play back the dBX formatted tapes I had exactly as I had recorded them. Worked just like the original I purchased years ago.
I am now in the process of transferring all my recordings to mp3 format, but feeding the headphone output into the aux intput of my computer. The sounds quality is remarkable given these tapes are over 40 years old.
