Rugged, Full-Featured Phone at an amazing price!
I was a little unsure about the phone after reading all the features compared to the price. But now I'm a fan, great features and a great price. Yes, the phone is bulky, but that's the trade off for the amount of physical protection that the form factor provides. Since purchasing this one, I've bought two more for my son and wife, and my parents were impressed enough that they purchased two for themselves. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was for; 1) the instruction manual that came with it was not very clear (Translation issues from Chinese to English and the print was very small) and 2) It requires some additional configuration for use on AT&T's network. But if you're willing to take a second and look up the APN settings, you'll be up and running in no time. Again, great phones at a great price.

Solid and Reliable, after a few upgrades.
This is our second ZF2028-60. The build quality on the cabinet, gantry, and laser are all really good. Our first unit is running great after over a year of service and just basic cleaning and maintenance. Shipping was good, arrived within 10 days of ordering.
Two issues with this unit; 1) Cheap casters and feet. Compared to last years unit, the casters are smaller and cheaply built. The locking lever barely engages the wheels and offer little to no resistance, making the unit easy to move. Adding to this is the fact that the screw down feet had the rubber padding stripped off of them when it was packaged to ship. Making the unit easy to move even with the feet down and casters off the ground.
Finally; this is an issue with all AF AF machines that I've seen. The lens that ships with the unit is terrible. Just like the unit we purchased last year, I played around with this lens using several Power/Speed combinations and doing several ramp tests and the results were always the same; very wide and charred burn lines. When you buy this machine just plan on spending another $65.00 for a better lens. Second is the air assist. The unit ships with an aquarium air pump. This does not put out enough pressure to keep the laser clean during cutting. Plan to spend another ~$150 to $200 on a good compressor, regulator and plumbing to get the clean cuts shown in the literature.
If you spend the extra on the two upgrades, this is an excellent machine and will give you hours of reliable machine time.

Excellent source and reference material for today's Engineer
While certain areas of the book feel dated, particularly the advancements in CAD technologies over years since published, the fundamentals in 2D drafting are not only relevant, but sorely lacking in today's college graduates. This book continues to present fundamental and advanced drafting techniques that are needed in today's manufacturing environments.
