Rugged & Simple units
Excellent quality, super easy to program and "just worked". We had 2 of the original, now depreciated controllers and only 1 broke. For the price of these, I bought 2 new ones and replaced both, keeping the older working one as a spare.

Perfect for what it is
I can see why 90% of reviews I read before I purchased were glowing - for what it is, it's outstanding. For those negative reviews, understand what you're buying. Most negatives were relating to it being a kids toy and couldn't cope with a whole houseful of clothes for a week. Well of course not - it's a 5kg portable washing and drying machine designed for portability and convenience. You want a washing machine to handle a whole households full of clothes in a single wash - go spend 5 or 6 times the amount and get a full washing machine.
For me - I wanted a cheap washing machine to cope with my single load of washing for a week while I'm renting without needing to commit to a large washing machine that may not suite a future house purchase regarding front or top loader. It also needed to be easily moved in and around the house or via car without the need for anyone else's assistance or a removalist.
Although I'm not using it in a caravan etc. - for a single man, as a cheap fit-for-purpose solution to wash a weeks worth of clothes, it does the job perfectly until I commit to a full sized machine.
The timer isn't exact in that it finishes in less than the 15min label, but it is what it is - a twist dial that ticks down. I don't expect it to be super accurate. It washes clothes perfectly. It's quiet, it's quick, it's easy to use, it's cheap. What more do you want!
