Good thing for techs!
Without the Century Link tech, I never could have made it work. He went thru several steps and calls into his support system to program the Unit to work. However, the unit is now working, which saves me either $150 or $10/mo rental which makes it a great value!

Wrong item
The item jack did not fit my Bose Sound Dock as advertised. It was too small physically. I searched for the item using the model number of my Bose Sound dock. I bought it because it was the only AC adapter listed. Bose doesn't offer it. Interestingly enough Bose does offer a DC charger. I purchased that item from Bose and it was supplied with two jacks. One was too small but the other worked perfectly and chatged the unit. Although it is somewhat inconvenient, I am able to use my Sound dock again

Beware!
1 of 1 found this helpful I have a mixed opinion on this product. I have used it for a few hours. I like it because it does operate the electric motor. I don't like it because it is the only way that there is to operate the motor. Three hand held remote controls will not operate the motor. The foot switch is a little too physically large for my liking.
