Great unit
Great heater. I can't believe how good they are for the money. Works unreal. Only complaint at all would be that it should have better instructions for using the control panel but otherwise couldn't be better.

Excellent tool for the price point
It is a great tool for the money. People need to keep in mind that it is a very cheap tool compared to commercially available " brand name " pole saws. For the person that wants to use it 3 or 4 times a year and go easy on it i'm sure it will last well. Starts easy, has plenty of power. Obviously a $1000 pole saw will be lighter, stronger and last longer if used all the time etc .
