So grateful
Our son wanted a Star Wars set that was retired for his 12th birthday, but buying it new was $$$ and just not feasible. So we started looking for a used set, which is not easy because our son has very bad OCD which has only skyrocketed with COVID. He was hysterical for days while we were looking for this used lego set, thinking he would get a set that was incomplete or “contaminated”. We decided to purchase through Nenser as his description seemed very professional and we crossed our fingers that it was truly the case. Within minutes of us buying the lego set Nenser contacted us thanking us for the payment, letting us know when it would be shipped the next day and asked if it was for myself or someone else. When I responded it was for our son’s birthday who is a serious Star Wars collector, he responded with warm birthday wishes and even added an additional small build for the birthday boy. So simple, but that gesture was all it took for my son to go from hysterical and anxious to excited, at ease and thankful. The set arrived in pristine condition. He build it without needed to “decontaminate” the set and all of the pieces were there. So a bit TMI, but it made my Husband and I so grateful. Small gestures, kind people really make a difference.
