Add a little height
The need was to add a little height to reach window catches and shelves. This is small and light and does the job. Well pleased.

Brilliant and Best old technology from the Scart world. Buy used all-region from a Specialist.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a brilliant machine, but is no longer made. Get yours well set up as an updated all-region used machines as this seller does. It has two Scart out/inputs and RCA out/inputs and will record and edit DVD-RAM disks. With two such machines you can copy edited RAM (with adverts removed) to cheap DVD disks and keep them for ever. No more modern in/outputs so you need a scart or RCA TV. The only problem I have ever found with these machines is that the front displays are rather dim and that the machines are now hard to get. These are for the people who want to continue to use RAM disks for recording and editing and making their own DVDs.

Forty Years On: For A Few Dollars More
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought FOR A FEW DOLLARS MORE on eBay. You don't need to see A Fistful of Dollars before this one, and the third, the next in the series, is very violent for my taste. This is violent too but is the one that hooked me onto Spagetti.
I watch Westerns. Old Westerns. Really Old Westerns. Randolph Scott. Or newer Westerns that are like old Westerns -- John Wayne was good at these. Spagetti Westerns, NO NO NO. What can Italy have to do with Westerns? I didn't even bother to try for forty years. And CLINT EASTWOOD, he jumped from Rawhide to Dirty Harry without stopping didn't he? Well I was wrong
I hired FOR A FEW DOLLARS MORE by mistake. Started to watch and was instantly hooked by the MUSIC and the PHOTOGRAPHY and the ATMOSPHERE. So it was filmed in SPAIN, I didn't know that before. Was this really made in 1965? And this first guy wasn't Clint, it was stylish LEE VAN CLEEF and he was the goodie, gunning away without warning. Then here is CLINT EASTWOOD and he is brilliant. They are both brilliant. And what a super villain.
Cheating effect scenes, weird sounds, ridiculous bank explosions, mad riding way into the hills at night. Doesn't matter, the film has STYLE. My hire was just the film but the full two-disk set I bought has lots more, including a fine commentary on the whole film.
A great film, a great buy.
