Very good sound quality and for everday use with good battery life. Software support can be improved.

Improvements:
- You definitely feel the weight and bulkiness in your ears. I wear these on daily commute by cycling and on windy days you'd experience wind rushing due to ear piece being big and sitting too far from ear.
- Carrying case sacrifices it's battery by charging earphones to it's last bit. Earphones auto connect to phone when you take them out of case, only if case has battery to function. Otherwise you have to press button on each earpiece to connect manually. Little inconvenient as by 4th day of week case's battery is dead and earphones wont connect auto anymore. May be improve firmware to keep some battery for case's own function.
- Answer button on ear piece, hangs up the call instead of answering it. Very inconvenient when you're on the road and has to stop cycling, take off gloves and attend to the call using phone instead...

Very good headset (almost)
The quality of the audio is very good and noise cancelling does a great job. Comfortable to wear and battery lasts long enough. (I usually use mine for 3 days at work on a single charge).
Wish they included the airline adaptor given then premium price of the headset.
The software experience is not that good. I experienced issues connecting to my macbook and even though headset can connect to two devices at the same time does not do a good job of switching between the sources. (I often have to manually turn off BT on phone to play content from pc).
