  advertised as new, it wasn't! battered box, not sealed and not suitable for as gift. I asked that it was delivered in time for Xmas, which was possible but was dispatched too late and arrived following Xmas.

  This item was clearly described as not cling wrapped/sealed. In A1 condition when posted. In bed with Covid leading up to Xmas, which is why the item was posted a day later than planned and unable to contact the buyer I cannot be held responsible for delay in post due to Royal Mail?
