noise cancelling is excellent.
I used to only buy the Bose quiet comfort but they got too expensive to replace after I stopped needing them for work (i.e., stopped traveling so much). I've tried a couple different brands since and these are the most comparable in noise cancelling effectiveness and are actually more comfortable.
