Cost effective home automation

Having two identical remotes is always a great idea. I was pleasantly surprised the remotes came paired up with the sockets. Unlike some other designs the sockets fit side by side in my multi-way sockets. I use these with a third party home automation controller on 433MHz, you just use the remotes to teach the controller the code for each button. Then you can set the controller up for timed control and remote control over the internet. Basic functionality using the supplied remotes is unaffected. I've used the sockets with the supplied remotes and the third party controller for a few weeks now and operation has been 100% reliable in a home environment.

Useful range of metric sizes

All the popular metric hex sizes in one kit. Good quality. The holder provided does not let the pieces sit side by side in ascending order, but if you put the smallest bit between the to biggest bits all is good. Would buy again but these will probably last me a very long time.

Big storage

Currently 10t and sometimes 12t are the lowest cost per tB in USB drives. If you don't need the security features of the my book then essentials is cheaper when you can get it. I've had a bad experience with seagate drives recently so I'm very happy to be buying WD again as I 've never had a problem with a WD drive.
