The items have not arrived. They were due between 8 and 12 September, and it is now 21 September.This form apparently requires that I rate all the details before it can be submitted, since ‘SUBMIT’ remains grey; if so it is absurd that I am required to rate the item when I haven't received it. I've had to give it one star in order to try to be able to submit the form, and I've tried adding a photo. When I changed the rating to Neutral instead of Negative I could submit

The product didn't come in time and nor did they refund.With repeated mails and calls they were just saying that they are trying to refund but they can't do it. After calling the eBay support also I didn't get back the money. I only got it back I had put a complaint on their online register. I have ordered the same product from a different supplier which also got delayed and gave me a new date . This is so disappointing
