Very classy and wholesome - good level of abrasiveness - not too much that it'd scratch fragile skin on the face but also enough to scrub properly..

Honestly not sure this is genuine Britta. It doesn't properly fit into my filter jug and when I opened the individually wrapped cartridge, it was wet... Huh? Weird. It looks like expected otherwise but the water is also running through too fast from the get go... Probably because it doesn't fit properly. Never had this problem before.
