Heller Retro Styled Chrome Metal 40cm Fan
This is definitely the Rolls Royce of 40cm Desktop Fans.
Very sturdy, quality, sleek but futuristic styling.
This is no lightweight fan. It is built to last.
Very powerful 3 speed 70w motor provides copious amounts of air.
I got mine as a display item for $40 which is an absolute bargain.
It came out of the box looking like brand new.
Even at the brand new price of $55 I would still recommend this fan.
I absolutely love this fan.

MARRED BY DESIGN FLAWS
0 of 1 found this helpful The engineers who designed this unit have obviously never used one or spoken to any one who used one.
The main design problem is the pads which are backed with inflexible plastic.
NOT MUCH GOOD FOR ATTACHING TO ROUNDED PARTS OF THE HUMAN BODY!!!
FALL OFF!!!
The click on of the pads could loose its effectiveness over time.
The cords are too tangled (tangley) and could or would be damaged over time. A design like a coiled telephone cord would be better.
The strength setter (like a mechanical clock) is too difficult to read and the reading should be on the digital display.
The only redeeming feature on this unit is the massage function.
This unit has been built to a price but does not meet up to its intended purpose of use.
Save your money and buy one from a known manufacturer.

Best Value For 40cm Desktop Fan
This is one of the best values at around $35.00 (with free postage) for a 40cm desktop fan.
The 3 speeds with the 50w motor provide generous amounts of air. Some 40cm fans have less powerful motors.
The fan is well designed, is easy to assemble and has good on/off and speed control buttons.
The only problem that I can see is with the lightweight design it could be easier to damage especially around children.
