Consistent characteristics
I have tested 3 sets now. Find them very consistent in electrical characteristics, important when being used in sets. .
Will need several years to determine lifetime but hope that consistency is indication of good quality control.

The third I have bought, first for my son, years ago, then for me, now for my brother. They work and last very well.

Filled the Need
Arrived promptly, works well. Chose this device because I loathe small, inefficient, hot plug pack power supplies. It takes its power from the USB on the TV. Draws a frugal 40mA at 5.1V
