Another Great Release - May There Be Many More!
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought this purely on the strength of their outstanding first album (and EP). Though at first it did not seem to be a strong their previous work, I now can't get enough of this album and wish it was a double release! Secret Machines sound a lot like Wire at thier '154' peak. Fans of early Eno and Krautrock like; Can, Harmonia, Neu, Faust, etc., should find them enjoyable as well.

All The Best From All The
This is truly a Best Of compilation - for better or worse . This band lasted many years and produced several different types of music over that time. Folks who love some of this stuff will undoubtedly hate some of the rest. But all the good stuff is here. A great place to start if you'd like an overview of a band who produced a lot of good (if oddly varying) material. Even includes their oddly-atypical commercial radio hit, "I Love You," which even the band disliked and never played live.
