Palm TX Still the One for Me
3 of 3 found this helpful Yes, this tech is outdated; however, it is awesome and I still require it for the following reasons:
I started with a Palm PDA in the year 2000. I had to keep multiple meetings scheduled on it, often at the same time. The Palm calendar software was perfect for this. When I tried to convert it to the Outlook format, which was required in order to upload my calendar to my Hotmail/Outlook/MSN account online, it would not work unless every single double-scheduled event was given its own non-conflicting time frame. This was impossible! So, I keep my calendar separate with this awesome PDA, syncing it with my Windows XP computer to keep my calendar history safe. As far as the device itself, it is the best!--great screen, great memory (expandable), Bluetooth and WiFi capable, and lots of (outdated) task capabilities that still suit my needs.
