Clock didn't work, recordings blurry. VERY BAD!!!

This recorder was defective right out of the box. Time is only displayed in military time, but clock reverted back to originally set time each time recorder was turned off, making it impossible to use for timer recording. The recordings were very blurry, even on the best setting. BAD!!!!
