  This item was listed as a DVD of Windows 8.1 but actually contained a DVD of Windows 7. The DVD holder appeared to be unopened, but apparently was opened at some time and the original disc was swapped out. I notified the seller of the problem and the seller promptly issued a refund and an apology. I would have liked to have had what I ordered, but these things happen and this seller responded promptly issuing me a response within an hour of my sending them an email.
