One happy customer
Funny story: I threw this on once when my girlfriend wasn't looking and then she walked into room where I was. She clearly didn't recognize me as she let out a scream of horror and then shouted at me telling me to take it off. One happy customer right here folks.

Carter In-Line Fuel Pump
My first Carter Pump lasted 4 years of daily driving. It survived the various temperature extremes you'd expect to find in ohio. Road salt, snow, and debris didn't seem to bother it too much. The only reason it even acted up in the first place was overheating. It was too close to an exhaust pipe which was my fault. It has the capacity to feed a 350 horsepower V8 no problem. But it's running pressure is just low enough that you don't even need a pressure regulator for your carburetor. It's a very good fuel pump especially given the price. VERY QUIET. For a mild V8 or any smaller engine you wont find a better fuel pump.

Decent quality, will survive a few years of daily driving
I have owned a few of these carter pumps. If you have a carbureted vehicle that is not high performance they work very well. I probably got 50,000 miles out of one of them. So maybe not as reliable as a mechanical diaphragm pump. However, these are quick and easy to replace when they fail and they are very cheap. Operation is quiet which I really like.
