Full-blown dynamics-wonderful performances

The sound from these 3 CD's is stunning. Simon Rattle has wonderful control over his orchestra, with great dynamic sound. I set the sound level on my equipment for a great voice level, and I found that the music comes on rather strongly at times, but this does not dampen the performance. How Simon has so much control over his orchestra, baffles me! The wonderful performances from the main characters is stunning, and the choir is magnificent! The entire performance runs for about 3 hours, and I loved it. THIS IS OPERA AT IT'S BEST!!! I thoroughly recommend this version of "Porgy and Bess." This is a treasured CD!!!

As titled-the very best.

The selection of tracks is great, all songs are good. Of course, Cleo Laine is one of my all-time favourites. Cleo Laine has a fabulous vocal range, and this is very evident. Cleo also is very careful with her diction, and one is able to clearly hear each note. WOW!!! Retwelfare

White light - easy to fit

The led lights give a very pleasant white light. Fitting is very easy - simply align the 2 pins and push into the socket. I have six such lamps mounted in my bedroom ceiling, and I find that the 3W lamps provide adequate illumination in my bedroom, which is of average size. These lamps do not last as long as some other more expensive brands, but they are more than satisfactory. I find that the 3W LED lamps provide good value, considering their low cost. If you require very bright lamps in your bedroom, then these lamps may disappoint you.
