Great Music/Video Player, But Could Use a Few Tweaks
I bought the Zen 2 16Gb because I wanted an upgrade for my Zen Vision:M 30Gb that also had wi-fi, games, and expandable memory. It's definitely thinner and lighter than the Vision:M, which was kind of a brick, but it doesn't feel as solid, and had a plastic case instead of metal. I mainly wanted a music player, and it delivers. The sound is spectacular, the controls are easy to use, and it supports playlists. I didn't really need a camera, but it was an added bonus. It takes decent photos, like a mid-range smartphone camera, but does not perform well under low light and does not have a flash. Battery life is pretty good, considering all you can do with it. I use it pretty often, listening to music on my commute each day, and need to charge it about every three days. Major con is that it isn't fully integrated with the Google Play store for apps/games/music. It does include the ZiiO Space, Creative's own app store platform, but its selection is pretty meager, and often just links to third-party sites for app downloads. Hopefully this will change in future firmware updates. Overall, it's great for what I bought it for: Great music, great gameplay (Angry Birds plays like a dream on it), great video play, wi-fi access. Design could be sturdier, camera is only so-so, and Google Play access really should have been included.

Excellent Android Phone, Great Value, Very Functional
This is a fantastic phone! Fast, easy to use, with an intuitive design. First, it's got a decent-sized screen with great graphics, perfect for watching YouTube videos or playing games, while still fitting comfortable in your hand for making calls. Speaking of calls, they are crystal clear, and the controls are easy to use. Since it has the latest Android OS, there are tons of apps available (some of which I'm already addicted to). The cameras are great. Rear camera is 8MP with flash, front-facing camera is 2MP, no flash. Music-playing capabilities are excellent. The only downside is that with everything you can do with this phone, you'll end up wearing down the battery pretty quickly. I only use it for music when I'm near an outlet. I'm also considering getting one of those on-the-go backup chargers or a solar charger. If you leave it on standby, wifi and mobile data off, and use it just for calls, the battery can last you about a day and a half on a full charge. Also, the housing is easily chipped and scratched; I recommend getting a plastic cover.
