Very good tool, good value.

Excellent tool. Compatible batteries with other DeWalt tools. Good (though not great) power. Super carrying case - room for driver bits.

Great with one SERIOUS flaw

In short, nearly audiophile quality sound, VERY comfortable, reasonably light. Slightly more comfortable than my previous pair of Bose. HOWEVER, anyone buying these for travel (as I did) should BEWARE the serious flaw: If you want to just use the headphones for sound cancellation (SC) on a long trip, you may be very frustrated. Without a bluetooth link or wire connection, the SC automatically TURNS OFF in 5 minutes. Sony has known about this for a long time (check out blogs) and hasn't chosen to fix it. If you want to use them on a plane trip, you'll need to plug in your headphone jack. Also, the proprietary battery that cannot be easily replaced is annoying.
