Not in Vacuum Sealed Plastic
2 of 2 found this helpful The cartridges are not in the vacuum sealed bags. I have no problem purchasing cartridges that are a bit outdated as long as they are in the vacuum sealed packing plastic. I do not mind damaged or missing boxes, but there was no indication that these were not in the original vacuum sealed plastic.
