This phone is serving its purpose.
I bought the exact same phone for my husband that he had before for his convenience. Had trouble transferring his SIM to the new refurbished phone. He took it to our phone service provider's office and they had to manually transfer all of his contacts and informed him that the refurbished phone had been water-damaged. Despite this fact, the phone has worked fine for him so far.
