  Seller put 70cent stamp on envelop. I had to pay at post office to get my item as the seller failed to add a return address so post office could not follow up with them, clever... Seller offered insincere apology and promise to refund but claims to not know how to do that!...A week on and still waiting on refund...To make matters worse, the product is terrible. More like a shimmering eyeshadow then a root cover up. Don't waste your money.
