Great for sore backs
I have had reduced pain since I started wearing this strap, it is of high quality 100% adjustable and even comfortable enough to sleep in if required. I don't know if it is making me loose any weight but that was not the reason I purchased it - it is awesome support for injured back joints Yes I would totally recommend it if you have back pain it helps !

Good quaility just feels a little too na...
Good quaility just feels a little too narrow to run on it without being very careful overtime its perfect for walking especially with all this rain lately
