However, as the last PPV before WM, WWE did a pretty good job.
Decent PPV. My main reason for purchasing it was to see Triple H win his 13th title.
I was impressed with Orton's match with Shane O'Mac, who out of all the McMahons' sporadic in-ring performances can go in terms of intensity that if not surpasses, definitely is good enough to hang with some of the full-time wrestlers to actually produce good quality and entertainment(hence Shane vs. Angle, Kane, Xpac, etc). Although Orton's talented and in my view far surpasses Cena's in ring ability, it's difficult to believe Orton's demented heel gimmick, because it's too Vintage Triple H. He's really morphed innovatively, the dynamics of the heel role, that any competitor that goes for the sadisitic approach I feel is a knock-off of his gimmick. So I guess the long of the short, is that you'd like this PPV without neccessarily being glued to that match.
It's great that there are two EC in this match, although it would be nice for Smackdown to be original like Raw, and think of a new match type.

With all titles on the line, the stakes don't get any higher.
Intially, I thought the build up and title of this PPV was a fresh and a good replacement idea for the Vengeance PPV. However, considering that most PPV have a bulk if not, all of their titles up for grabs, it seemed kind of redundant.
Nevertheless, there are quality matches on the card. Namely, the WM 22 rematch with HHH and Cena, the World Tag Titles match and Dibiase Jr.'s official debut (which had good pops and great timing for Cody's heel turn), Edge vs. Batista, these two seem to find good chemistry with their opponents in the latter parts of their careers.

A must for any true "gamer"
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm a huge fan of wrestling, and Triple H is my favorite professional wrestler of all time; there are several top favorites, and quite a few honorable mentions, but from his intelligence, work ethic in and out the ring, selflessness to bring others to the top, battles through injuries, and illustrious championship victories, you will see how and why he is not only the game--but how he is "that damn good."
I have the "King of Kings": There is only one, but was very excited when this was available to add to my collection. Any fans of Triple H, this item and "That Damn Good" are highly recommended.
