Earphones that really do allow you to answer the phone without having to take them off
I have lost count of the different types of headphoes that purport to allow hands-free(ish) integration with my Sony Experia M4 - even some genuine Sony ones wouldn't let me answer the phone without taking the headphones off, fumbling around with the phone and hitting the on-screen Answer button. But here, at last, I have found a set that lets me answer the call at a touch of the little button on the cord. The design is a bit weird, with one earphone lead very much longer than the other - not sure what the reasoning is behind this: it neither improves nor hinders use. But the biggest bugbear is that the jack does not seat securely in the socket on the top of the phone, because the socket hole is set into a recess, and having the cord attached at rightangles to the plug means any rotation of the cord makes the plug lift out slightly. The straight-corded version offers a much more secure connection, but as I said, that set doesn't allow me to take calls using the in-line button on the cord. Thus, I use this pair when I'm out and about and may need to take calls on the hoof, and the other set if I'm not bothered about taking calls.

At last - an anti-slip underlay that really works
I have struggled for years with the vintage Persian rug in my living room, which would constantly start rucking up and 'walking' across the fitted carpet. I tried all the usual grippers, from cat-claws to the silicone webbing, and nothing worked. Then I came across this stuff - quite expensive for something that one will never see, but I was so desperate for a solution I felt it was worth a try. As it turns out, it was well worth the investment: from the moment the underlay went down, my beautiful Persian rug has not budged an inch! How I wish I'd found it years ago - it would have saved me a lot of back-breaking work, not to mention two falls and a sprained ankle! And I'm sure it would have saved a lot of wear and tear to my precious rug.

Useful if you have limited hanging space
I bought something like this years ago and it's still going strong. I needed another and ordered this as the closest approximation, fully expecting it not to be as good as the original. How worng I was - it is exactly the same, and I'm delighted!
