Issue with the first one but Sabrent replaced it.
1 of 1 found this helpful Purchased this docking station and used it for about 4 days. I then set it aside for a few weeks during the holidays. I went to use it again a few days ago and no drive can be recognized. Naturally I noticed the problem after the 14 day return period from the seller. Once the problem was brought to Sabrent's attention, they replaced it for me without any issues. I would highly recommend purchasing any product that Sabrent manufactures as they stand behind what they make.
