Love it!!
I've loved every dyson vac I've ever owned, from the V6 cordless, V8 animal cordless to the small ball allergy upright.
I upgraded to the big ball cinetic from the small ball upright as I now have a home with mainly laminate flooring and also, the big ball is much better for cleaning out the car.
I couldn't even tell it had been refurbished when I pulled it out of the box, everything seemed brand new.
I absolutely love it, and would definitely recommend buying a dyson this way because it's sooooo much cheaper!!
