Extra thick
It's thick as advertised but is too big for my large cast iron skillet handle. It can easily come off which defeats the purpose. However, I can use it on a different pot handle.

Keep it handy
This kit contains a lot of emergency items as shown in the picture. It will be in my car just in case. I feel everyone should have an emergency kit like this because you never know when you may need it.

Good buy
Buying supplements online says a lot of running around. These seemed like a good buy for three. I've taken these for years and my cholesterol levels are still borderline high. However, I'm hoping these pills keep my numbers from being even higher.
