Made me a coffee snob
This little machine produces amazing coffee, consistently! It is a bit more cumbersome than using one of those automatic espresso machines, but if you enjoy a bit of a routine and classy way to squeeze liquid black gold out of fresh coffee beans then this is it. We have used this machine for more than 5 years now, twice a day and it never missed a beat. The only negative is that I have become a coffee snob and do not like to drink coffee made any other way. It just does not compare at all.

Can't beat a Miele
I went along with the hype of bagless vacuum cleaners and made the mistake to buy a well known brand. I persevered for a couple of years, but finally got fed up with the mess and gutless performance and bought this Miele. It is such an improvement! No more mess when emptying the vacuum cleaner. I simply pull out the full bag which holds all the dust inside it without wafting, unlike the bagless, and place it in the bin. There are no filters to shake out/ wash and there is no cloud of dust. It is so much more hygienic.
The suction is unbelievable. I never used it at the maximum setting as I would not be able to move the wand. There is no loss of suction, even when the bag is full.
The vacuum cleaner follows you perfectly as it is fitted with for castor wheels. It does not easily bump into obstacles.
It comes with a number of attachments that are nearly stored inside a lidded compartment.
The cord is about 10 metres long and reels in automatically at the press of a button.

Best after market lumbar support
The system consists of an air bladder with hand pump and a large sleeve that fits over the seat. I inserted the air bladder into the sleeve first placing it approximately where the curvature of my back is. The bladder is held in place by Velcro. Adjusting the location of the bladder is a bit difficult because it keeps catching on the Velcro.
Then you have to place the sleeve onto your seat by removing the seat head rest and threading the head test pins through the holes. This is easily done. Then it is simply a matter of tightening the straps around your seat. But before you do that make sure that the air bladder is at the right spot. Simply pump it up and sit down on the seat.
Unlike mechanical systems you can adjust the level of support by simply inflating or deflating the air bladder. You can do that whilst driving because I find it easy to operate the hand pump without having to take my eyes off the road.
The only down side is that the bladder loses pressure after a while, so you need to pump it back up. But that is a small inconvenience for an otherwise excellent system.
